Ireland

• Flat rate: €6.
• Free delivery on orders over €50.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email update.
• Delivery is typically 1–2 working days after dispatch via An Post or courier.

UK

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.
• Typical delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Please note: customs charges and import taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer.

EU & International

• We currently ship to select EU countries, USA, and Canada.
• Rates are calculated at checkout according to weight and destination.
• Delivery times vary by location; allow 5–14 working days after dispatch.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you’d like to return it.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 28 days of delivery.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
